How do I get signed up to be a wholesaler?
To sign up to be a wholesaler please fill out the Wholesale application form: https://www.murphysnaturals.com/pages/wholesale . We will get back to you with a confirmation once your application has been approved. Then you can log in and get to ordering!
What are my payment options?
If you have purchased from us before you might have utilized our Net 30 payment option. At this time online orders can only be processed with a valid credit card. We will soon be implementing a Net 30 option to eligible wholesale accounts digitally. If you would like to continue ordering via Net 30 terms simply email your order to Wholesale@MurphyNaturals.com!
Where is Murphy’s Naturals warehouse located?
Murphy’s Naturals is based out of Raleigh, NC.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is typically about 10-15% of the total cost of your order.
What shipping carrier does Murphy’s Naturals use?
Murphy’s Naturals only ships wholesale orders via FedEx Ground or FedEx Freight.
How long does it take to ship my order after being placed?
Orders placed typically ship out anywhere from 1-3 business days after being ordered. Shipping times can vary based on destination but in general it takes 1-3 business days to arrive. West coast orders can take longer.
Can you deliver to a P.O. box?
We ship via FedEx ground which is unable to deliver shipments to any PO boxes. We will need a physical address for all orders.
I received a damaged product, what should I do?

Why can’t I resell your product on Amazon.com?
We care about the quality and customer service behind our products. As a result, we are the only authorized sellers of our products on Amazon.com.
Can I sell your product internationally?
Unfortunately Murphy’s Naturals products cannot be sold internationally. By purchasing wholesale you are agreeing not to sell out of the contiguous USA.
Why aren’t Murphy’s Naturals products sold in Indiana?
We are currently in the process of getting this product registered in the state of Indiana. The process has been longer than anticipated so until the process is complete we are not permitting sales to the state of Indiana. This is not unique to our company, other repellent products have challenges with Indiana as well. We are permitted to sell our products in all other states, but Indiana has been challenging. We can’t promise when, but we will continue to make efforts to gain registration. Our only repellent product successfully registered in Indiana is our Lemon Eucalyptus Oil Insect Repellent spray. Non-repellent products may also be shipped to Indiana, such as our bite relief soothing balm.
