RETURN POLICY

Return requests, for eligible products, must be received within 30 days of ship date. 

Products not eligible for returns:

• Ceramic Refillable Candle - Stone Grey, Forest Green, or Cloud White 
• Ceramic Garden Candle - Ivory or Green 
• Ceramic Incense Stick Holders - Brown, Stone Grey, Forest Green, or Cloud White 
• Any opened or used products 

Return requirements for eligibility:

• Must be returned in original product packaging 
• Must be unused 
• Must be carefully packed for shipping and properly labeled for hazmat or fragile shipment as applicable 

Return Shipping Cost: 

• Return shipping cost will be deducted from refund or credit amount 

Procedure for Return:

• Fill out this form with request for return
• Request must include 
• Original order number 
• Customer Name 
• Products to be returned 
• Reason for return 
• Murphy’s Naturals customer service will evaluate eligibility 
• If approved, customer service will provide shipping label with RMA number included 
• If not approved, customer service will notify customer of ineligibility
• Refund will be processed back to original form of payment
• If order is unpaid (Net 30), credit will be issued to open balance and credit memo will be sent to customer over email
